Neat & Tangled: Everyday Circles

July 10, 2013

Neat & Tangled is back this month with 3 stamp sets! Today, I’m sharing a card made with Everyday Circles.

This is definitely my favorite card for this release and I’m so excited that I get to share with you on the first day! I stamped the “LOVE” on some clear cardstock and hand-stitched it to a piece of Bazzill cardstock. I filled the inside with some Martha Stewart Coarse Glitter and some hearts die cut from Simon Says Mini Hearts Die.

Neat & Tangled: Everyday Circles

One tip that I learned from this the hard way. Stitching the acetate does not mean the glitter will not fall out of. I had to adhere a very thin piece of scor tape around the edges to make sure the glitter won’t fall out after a few shakes. If you plan to put sequins and die cuts in between, then you won’t need to tape the edges as well.

Today’s giveaway: Head over to Neat & Tangled’s blog to join the giveaway for Everyday Circles and a pack of sequins!

All the stamps that we are showcasing this week will be released on July 12 at 8am EST in the shop!

Oh, you clever girl. I thought that was a die cut circle at first. The effect of stamping it on the acetate is amazing.
