PS Sparks – With Gratitude

August 4, 2013

Hope everyone had fun with Anything Goes last week! Now we’re back with Trend Watch on the first Monday of the month at Paper Smooches Sparks.

Let’s focus on sheer and clear this week! Bring out the vellum, sheer ribbon and clear cardstock this week!

I used Crystal Clear‘s gorgeous flowers and stamped them in various soft summer colors on the cardstock.  I cut a white frame and stitched the vellum and clear cardstock strips.

I love the effect of the vellum and clear strips over the flowers!  For the flowers, I used Fresh ink (Strawberry, Peach, Mango, Chamomile, Mojito) and Versamagic chalk ink (Pink Grapefruit).  These pigment ink pads are gorgeous with amazing coverage!
