Stamp Highlight – Jolly and Merry & Arctic Penguin

October 22, 2014

Welcome to the first day of the anniversary release at Mama Elephant! This release is full of gorgeous Christmas stamp sets to get you ready for the season. Today, the team is featuring one of the cutest sets released: Arctic Penguins and a complementing sentiment set Jolly and Merry.

I created a simple tag with Tags a Lot die and heat embossed the sentiment from Jolly and Merry in clear. I then blended some red, orange and yellow onto the tag.

I then die cut another tag with clear cardstock and stamped the snowflake furries in white stazon at the top. The acetate is secured with a small eyelet and the tag is finished off with a cute Arctic Penguin underneath.

My second project is a simple shaker card because how can you resist not making a shaker card with these adorable penguins?!

I combined three different dies from Arctic Penguin for the front and finished off with just the first half of the sentiment so the card front is cleaner.
