Stamp Highlight – Sweetest Greetings

May 19, 2017

Good morning everyone! I’ve got a Mother’s Day card that I want to share with you all! I combined the stamp set Sweetest Greetings with The Cat’s Meow together in the card that I gave to my mom-in-law for Mother’s Day.

I did a little bit of partial cutting with the cats peeking out of the circle. I coloured these little guys in copics with my favourite kitty combinations listed below:

Brown – E33, E53, E51, E50
Dark Grey – W5, W3, W1
Black – N5, N3, N1

SH - Sweetest Greetings

I used the little fish stamp for my background pattern and gave it specks of black paint.

Just like last month, I’m going to give out some of my Mama Elephant projects to a lucky reader. Just comment on any of my April project blog posts (excluding the Stampede) and you’ll be entered into a draw for a special package 🙂 You can also let me know in the comments if there are certain cards that you would like! You have until Thursday May 25th to leave a comment and I’ll announce the winner on May 26th!

Very cute how you positioned these kitties!

2 of my fave cards from April were the slurping kitties and the circle framed card that you put the dogs and cats on the outside and this month you have them popping out of the circle. Clever use of a great design!
