Good morning and welcome to Friday! I have another project using Mama Elephant‘s April release and it’s a super adorable and customizable stamp set called Sticky Notes. I love the little critters sticking out of the stickies!

I made another long card this time because I wanted more room to work with. Someone asked me for the size, and I didn’t really measure the cardstock when I cut it. But it’s approximately 3.25 inches wide x 6.25 inches tall. The reason for these weird measurements is because I wanted them to fit in these long envelopes I got from Hong Kong!

So first, I blended my card base with orange and yellow, and flicked some white opaque paint onto the card. I stamped the stickies on another piece of cardstock and cut them out. The clips, post-in and critters are coloured using copics.

The top sticky was adhered using foam tape and the bottom sticky was adhered using a piece of cardstock. I like to add depth and minimize bulk by using 1 layer of foam tape for the top and a thick piece of cardstock for the bottom one.

GIVEAWAY!!
I’ve accumulated a huge stack of cards (way more than I can use!) so I thought I’d give out some of my Mama Elephant projects to a lucky reader! Just comment on any of my April project blog posts (excluding the Stampede) and you’ll be entered into a draw for a special package 🙂 You can also let me know in the comments if there are certain cards that you would like!

Hello everyone! We’ve got some fun products in store for everyone today! I’m kicking off the release with a super adorable add-on for the Favor Bag that was released last month – and this one is perfect for Easter!

Stampede - FBA Bunny

I decided to use the Bunny Favor Bag Accessory on a card to store a little gift card instead of using it on the favor bag. I die cut several of the flowers to give Miss Bunny a colourful flower wreath. The little dies that comes with this set is perfect to create the adorable bunny look!

Hello everyone! I’m back with Mama Elephant to feature a fun little stamp set that I’ve already used on my stampede project – Little Cat Agenda!

This is a fun stamp set that you can use for your agenda, or just to create little tags or cards. I used the little cat that’s taking a photograph with a camera and I thought it would be fun to have it photograph a starry night sky!

Mama Elephant - Little Cat Agenda

I first die cut a semi circle and cut around the edges of the little cat. Underneath, I blended a starry sky with some purples and blues. For the stars, I used an acetate sheet with white stars. Of course, you could also make this into a shaker card!

Good morning everyone! We are at our last stamp highlight for Mama Elephant‘s August release with Words Defined. I love the bold words with a hilarious definition attached to it!

I decided to use Page Huggers along with Words Defined to create a simple Birthday card with a gift attached. I gave my kitty a “Harry Potter” look and used the pencil as a wand.

I masked off an area to stamp my sentiment. I wanted to create a magical background to go with the “Harry Potter” theme so I blended a mix of yellow, pink and blue with some water and white specks here and there.

Good morning! Hope you all had a good weekend and is ready for more Mama Elephant August release eye candy! Today, we’re focusing on this adorable set by Luli Bunny called Pretend Play as well as its coordinating creative cuts.

I decided to make a very colourful and magical birthday card for a friend. I first masked off the middle and blended colours to the top and bottom of the card. I used various distress inks and finished by flicking water and white paint for the stars.

I coloured the little girl using copics for the skin, shirt and dress. For her hair, I masked off everything and used the same distress inks blending finished off with some white “stars”.

I made my own sentiment using Calli Upper Letters and Calli Letters, finished off with the “birthday” from Happy Everything.

Good morning! I’m back with Mama Elephant‘s August release with a cute critter set that can double up as a gift set! I’m using the super adorable Page Huggers stamp set as well as the coordinating creative cuts.

I first blended pink, yellow and blue onto my card base. I love this summer-y palette! I stamped and cut out the apples and ice-creams for some fun elements to go around one of the Page Huggers.

I stamped Mr. Mouse in the middle and adhered the pencil with foam tape to hold up the coloured Mr. Mouse. This cute little critter now doubles up as a simple birthday present!

Good morning everyone! Aren’t you excited to see what’s in store for you this month? We’ve got a group of girlfriends, watercolour florals, a beautiful script sentiment and a rowdy raccoon. So what’s calling you?

I made a card featuring Girlfriends, a fun stamp set that’s perfect for any girlfriend card. I made a mask using the tag from Park Avenue framed tags. I used a mix of purple and pink for the background, a perfect combo between girlfriends!

Mama Elephant - Girlfriends

I coloured this fun group of girls with my copics and cut out 2 of the bubbles and adhered it to the girls. I love using tags as a mask so there are less layers for the cards making it more mail friendly
