Good morning everyone! Head on over to Simon Says Stamp for my June feature using a stamp set from Mama Elephant! I used the adorable stamp set Woodland Gifts and grassy trio cut along with Bella Letters for my custom sentiment.

Sweet Heidi from Simon Says Stamp invited me to join in on their new release The Color of Fun that’s perfect for summer.

I used the fun Scream for Ice cream along with its coordinating dies for my card today. I love how you can cut individual scoops and make your ice-cream as tall as you want 🙂

For my card, I did some partial die cutting so that I don’t get the white edges and because I wanted to show the overlapping of the inks.

I then blended Hollyhock, one of the newly released colour to my card base for a plaid look before adhering the ice-cream on top. I love how there’s a sentiment that curves around the ice-cream scoops!

Thank you so much Heidi for having me for this release!

I’ve got a fun card to share that combines Simon Says Stamp‘s Hop to It! release with stamp sets from Mama Elephant and Paper Smooches for a simple Thank You card.

I stamped the flowers from Watercolour Friendly Flowers on vellum and heat embossed it with some white EP. I cut them out and sewed them directly onto my cardbase. This is my favourite way to adhere vellum 🙂

I stamped the little chick from Spring Fling and adhered it in the middle finished off with a simple sentiment from Bear Hugs.

Thank you Simon Says Stamp and Heidi for inviting me to participate in this awesome release!

Pst! I have a card over at Simons Says Stamp blog! Here’s a sneak at my card!

And I also have a card to share with you using this exclusive stamp set designed by Kim @ Paper Smooches for Simon Says Stamp.

I didn’t have the right copic colours for my turtle, so I went ahead and did some masking and blending.  A very simple card as I wanted to put the focus on the adorable turtle.  And I know just the right person to give this to!
